Refund policy

At M&M CC Apparel, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Standard Products

If you have purchased a standard stock item from our website and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in their original Packaging with their labels & tags
Be free from any damage

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and, if approved, process your refund. Depending on what products have been ordered, there may be a restocking fee applicable of up to 50%.

Please note: Prior notice of any returns MUST be given to M&M CC Apparel prior to sending the item back. Failure to do this will result in your case being dismissed.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to M&M CC Apparel.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on what products have been ordered, there may be a restocking fee applicable of up to 50%.

Please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of acceptance for your return for your refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom & Bespoke Products

Due to the personalised nature of custom and bespoke products, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

The item arrives damaged
The item is faulty
The item supplied does not match the approved design or order specification

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom apparel
Bespoke decals and stickers
Custom sunstrips
Personalised air fresheners
Custom key rings
Club, business, or organisation merchandise

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, spelling, sizing, colours, and artwork before production begins. Once approval has been given and production has started, changes may not be possible. If your recieved product matches the proof approved, aside from damage, this will not be eligible for a return/ refund.

At M&M CC Apparel, we conduct a quality assurance check on each product prior to packaging the item to ensure the products are in the correct condition for receipt of delivery. Evidence of this is stored to ensure any refunds/ returns are alotted in accordance to these terms.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or error

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Decals, Stickers & Sunstrips

M&M CC Apparel cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect installation, application, removal, or use of decals, stickers, sunstrips, or similar products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are fitted correctly and in accordance with any applicable laws, regulations, and vehicle requirements within their country or region.

Due to the nature of these products, minor variations in application results may occur depending on the installation method, surface condition, environmental factors, and user experience. We strongly recommend following any supplied fitting instructions and seeking professional installation where appropriate.
